Logicx AI GmbH

E-Mail: office@logicx-ai.com
Phone: +43 1 4350777
2. Provision of the website
Our website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. When you visit the website, technical data necessary to deliver it to your browser is processed. This includes, in particular, your IP address. Technical operations may also involve the processing of access data such as time of access, content requested, browser information and technical status messages.
This processing serves to provide the website and ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the reliable operation of our website and protection against misuse and unauthorized access.
3. Contacting us
When you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide to handle your inquiry. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message. We use Google Workspace for email communication.
The inquiry form on our website creates an email draft from the information you enter in your email application. The website does not automatically send your inquiry. The email is only transmitted to us when you send the draft from your email application.
Where your inquiry relates to initiating or performing a contract with you, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other inquiries and communication with company contacts, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is responding to inquiries and maintaining business relationships.
Providing your data is voluntary. Without the information required to handle your inquiry, we may not be able to respond.
4. Appointment booking
Our website links to a Google Calendar booking page, which we use as part of Google Workspace. You leave our website when you open the link.
We use the data entered when booking, particularly your name, email address, appointment and any additional information, to organize, conduct and follow up on the meeting.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the meeting relates to initiating or performing a contract with you. Otherwise, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is efficient appointment scheduling and business communication.
Online appointment booking is voluntary. You can also contact us by email or phone.
For more information about Google's data processing, please visit policies.google.com/privacy.
5. External links
Our website contains links to external websites, including Google Maps for displaying our locations. Maps are not embedded in our website. Displaying these links alone does not establish a connection with the respective map provider.
When you open an external link, the relevant provider processes data generated by your visit to its website. Its own privacy policy applies.
6. Fonts and Google Analytics
Locally hosted fonts
The Rajdhani font is hosted locally together with our website. Loading the font does not connect to Google servers.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics helps us understand how our website is used and improve its content and usability. The data processed includes, in particular, page views, interactions such as clicks, the source of visits, technical information about browsers and devices, and pseudonymous identifiers. The IP address is technically required for communication and to determine an approximate location.
Google Analytics is only loaded after you have consented via our cookie settings. Without your consent, no data is transmitted to Google Analytics. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings with effect for the future. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
The retention period in Google Analytics is set to 14 months for event data and 14 months for user data. The retention period for user data is reset when new user activity occurs. These settings do not affect standard aggregated reports.
Google processes analytics data on our behalf. Data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the United States and other subprocessors. Information on international data transfers is provided in Section 7.
Further information can be found in Google's Privacy Policy and the Google Analytics privacy information.
Details of the cookies used and their lifetimes are provided in the separate “Cookies” section.
7. Recipients and international data transfers
We use Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace and Google Analytics for the technical operation of our website, our communications and audience measurement. Where these providers process personal data on our behalf, data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place.
Data is disclosed to authorities or other authorized bodies where legally required. Where necessary, data may also be disclosed to professional advisers for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
As part of the services used, personal data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area, especially in the United States. For these transfers, the providers' data protection agreements provide for the mechanisms set out in Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, particularly applicable adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Information on data protection arrangements and transfer safeguards is available from Microsoft, in the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum for Google Workspace, and in the Google Analytics Data Processing Terms. You can request further information and a copy of the safeguards applicable to your data using the contact details above.
8. Retention periods
We store personal data only for as long as required for the relevant processing purposes.
Data from inquiries and appointment bookings is retained for handling, conducting and any necessary follow-up. Once the matter is concluded and further retention is not required, the data is deleted.
Technical log data is only retained for as long as necessary for secure operations, error analysis and investigating security incidents.
Data may be retained longer where statutory retention obligations apply or the data is required for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. Further processing is then restricted to these purposes.
The details in Section 6 apply to the retention of data in Google Analytics.
9. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed;
- have your data erased;
- restrict processing;
- data portability.
Where we process your data on the basis of legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to that processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, please contact office@logicx-ai.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the:
Austrian Data Protection Authority
Barichgasse 40–42
1030 Vienna, Austria
E-Mail: dsb@dsb.gv.at

10. Updates
We update this privacy policy when data processing on our website or applicable legal requirements change. The current version is available on this website.
Terms of use
The general terms of use will be added here.
Cookies & consent
Our website uses local browser storage to save your privacy settings. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics cookies to statistically analyze website use.
Cookies are small files stored by your browser on your device. Local browser storage (“Local Storage”) likewise enables information to be saved but does not automatically transmit it to the web server with each page view.
Strictly necessary storage
We store your selection in your browser's local storage under the key logicx-cookie-consent-v1. The selected consent categories and the time of your decision are saved. This lets us respect your selection on subsequent visits.
This storage is necessary to implement your privacy preferences. Under Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021), it does not require separate consent. Where personal data is processed, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is reliably respecting your consent decision.
No automatic expiry period is set for this entry. It remains stored until you delete website data in your browser or the browser removes it. The entry is updated when you change your selection.
Optional analytics cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This service helps us analyze website usage and improve content and usability.
In particular, the following cookies are stored in connection with our website:
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Distinguishes website visitors by a pseudonymous identifier | Two years by default |
| _ga_\ |
Stores information about the session | Two years by default |
On subsequent visits with active consent, the lifetime may be renewed in line with Google's default settings. Browser settings can shorten the actual retention period.
These cookies are set and read on the basis of your consent under Section 165(3) TKG 2021. The legal basis for the associated processing of personal data is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Google Analytics is only loaded once you have consented to the “Analytics” category. If you do not consent or select “Necessary only”, no Google Analytics cookies are set and no data is transmitted to Google Analytics. You can continue using the website.
Further information on data processed, recipients, international transfers and analytics data retention is available in the “Google Analytics” section of our privacy policy.
Marketing
We currently do not use marketing or advertising tracking services.
Change settings and withdraw consent
Via Open cookie settings ↗ you can change your selection at any time and withdraw consent with effect for the future. To do this, disable the “Analytics” category and save your selection or choose “Necessary only”.
After withdrawal, Google Analytics stops collecting further data on our website. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You can also delete previously stored cookies and local website data using your browser settings. If you remove the stored consent entry, our website will ask you to make a new choice on your next visit.
